offer 30 Days Replace or Repair warranty.
Repair: If item is returned without original packaging or
have missing parts
Replace: If the item is sent back in original packaging
complete just the way it was shipped.
UV Canada will cover the shipping cost both ways, upon request during valid warranty period we will send you a FREE shipping label and instructions, you just have to drop item at any Canada Post Office or mail box.
Once we receive your dead/defective item back we promptly
decide if we will replace or repair we will keep you up to date with via email.
If your item qualifies as Replacements a brand new item
will be shipped back to you in 24 to 48 hours and tracking info will be
provided. we cover the shipping cost
Items that qualify for Repairs can take 7 to 10 days
before we ship back to you, again tracking info will be provided by email we
cover the shipping cost
Item that qualify for repair warrant can be upgraded to a replacement warranty for a reasonable fee, you can email us for details
